Sapthari temple
Since the from ancient time there has been the tradition of seven Hari. It has believed that the places at which god Hari pleased with the seven hermits an d gave his appearance in that places which are known as Sapthari . These are as followed.
1. Chadrahari
According the mythological stories Maharaja Chadradeva came here and offers the devotion in the temples by which god Hari pleased with him and gave him his appearance. In present time Chyandrahari temple is situated at podi of Ram.2. Dhrmahari
According the mythological stories Maharaja Dhrmraj came here to se its prosperity and pride , he got so exited and started to dance by which lord Hari gat very happy and appeared . In present time Dharhari temple is situated in Mirapur muhlla.
3. Bilhari
Near the Ayodhaya 3 km away from Pura bazaar place on the bank of Saryu Bilhari place is there. According to mythological stories due to curse of Narad Muni Gandharva has to take the formation of Bilv and later with the taking of appearance of Ram he went to heaven. He established idol of lord Vishnu here.
4. Punyhari
From Faizabad 10 km away in Punhad village towards Ambedkar nagar this pilgrimage place is situated. With the take dip in here pond people can get relive from pandu dieses.
5. Gupthri-Chakrhari
Near the Saryu River at the Guptahar ferry is place of Gupthari. According to mythological story on the pleading of Devatas Lord Hari did meditation here confidentially. So its name is Gupthari.
6. Vishnuhari
In the direction of east in Chakratirth there is place of lord Hari. According to mythology scholar Vishnu Sharma offered meditation to lord Vishnu and got his appearance.
